Our first real full day in Paris. Only half jet lagged now. We are changing to another hotel--right in the hip section of Marais.
A lot of walking today. The Notre Dame is all it is cracked up to be. We will try to post more of the wondeful places we see as we have time.

What's in the bag?? Is that from one of the frou frou parisian choclateries? See you guys in a couple of days!
I see I'm logged in as Jeffrey, as in Jeffrey Timothy. I think my Dad would love to join us but don't think the old legs are up for it.
Tim
Hey--I got a closer look at the bag--didn't take you long to find the chocolate, did it??? Enjoy!!!!
Chris
Ain't none of that chocolate making it back!!
I'm sure!! Yum!
So what sights have you seen besides Notre Dame? Inguiring minds want to live vicariously, you know!
Chris
Marissa says 'HI'! We're not partying THAT much!
Hey guys, we're waiting for another post! we miss y'all--especially Isaac and the dogs! :) We hope some choco makes it back! All our love to Tim and Amy.
Hey Judy!
We had a great time with your Mom and Dad last night. Amy picked out this nice little bistro in the Marais district. I talked your Dad into trying the Wild Boar...he seemed to like it alright! It was so fun catching up! We really look forward to meeting Eric and Isaac. Au revoir, pues!
Tim
Bonsoir!!! Como estan todos? Wow, I'm so impressed that you guys are maximizing your time and seeing and enjoying all you can in just the little time you've been there. Everytime we go to Europe I take several days to adjust to the time change and thus waste half the day because I've stayed up reading the night before! I believe we're only 3 hours ahead of you there in France, it's midnight here now. I'm equally impressed that you are taking time to update us on your outings. This is much better than a postcard which takes so long to write, and then you realize you don't even have a particular person's address, and so on.....
Yes, as Uncle Chris said, keep the updates coming as "inquiring minds" are enjoying your trip vicariously. That's so awesome that you and Tim and Amy hooked up!! Hi Tim and Amy! It's been too long since we've seen you. It's so nice that you all spent some time together to keep our family ties alive! Y, Tim, que buena honda que todavia te recuerdas de tu espanol chapin! Bueno pues, good night and continue having fun. At least all the walking keeps you somewhat warm....(I can't imagine what it's like to be cold right now as we're baking in the Indian summer. :-) )
